This is my first attempt at composing a music track for a game. I had just acquired Renoise and was still experimenting with the basic functionality of the program. This sketch was originally intended for a futuristic platformer with the working title "Polarity". Early on in this project we decided to completely change the aesthetic focus of the game and developed the core game mechanics into Runthki, which also has soundtrack samples featured in this compilation. Though the music from Polarity will not be added to Runthki, I am currently reworking this track into a new iPad game in development by WhileTrueFork.
